Shipping Policy

Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 3–5 business days (Mon–Sat, excluding holidays).
- You’ll receive an order confirmation email after checkout and a shipping confirmation with tracking once your order ships.

Shipping Rates & Estimates (USA only)
- Standard: Estimated delivery 5–7 business days after shipment.
  - Rate: Calculated at checkout (based on destination, weight, and carrier rates).
  - Free Shipping: None at this time.
- Expedited: Not currently offered.
- Carriers: USPS and UPS (final carrier may vary by destination and weight).

Order Tracking
- A tracking number is emailed when your order ships.
- Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.

Shipping Areas
- We currently ship to the United States only.
- PO Boxes & APO/FPO: Accepted via USPS (UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes).

Customs, Duties & Taxes
- Not applicable (we do not ship internationally).

Delivery Issues
- Delays: If your order hasn’t arrived 7 days after the estimated delivery window, contact us at lookingsharpbusiness@gmail.com with your order number.
- Lost or Stolen Packages: Once the carrier marks an order “Delivered,” we are not liable for loss or theft. We’ll gladly assist you in filing a carrier claim.
- Damaged in Transit: Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and item; we’ll arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Address Changes & Incorrect Addresses
- If you need to change your shipping address, email lookingsharpbusiness@gmail.com within 2 hours of placing your order.
- Orders shipped to an address entered incorrectly by the customer are not refundable. If the package is returned to us, we can reship (additional postage may apply).

Split Shipments
- To get your items to you faster, your order may ship in multiple packages at no extra cost. You’ll receive tracking for each shipment.

Local Pickup / Delivery
- Not currently offered.
